  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact our support team to request a return.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and address details.
  • Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

4. Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item or another product.
  • Exchanges are shipped once the original item is received.
  • If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • We may request photos to better understand the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
